Review: Hotel Emblem, San Francisco
I’m a big fan of Harry Potter,. When I heard that the play Harry Potter and The Cursed Child was coming to San Francisco, I knew that I had to see it. If you don’t know, the play is 2 parts and each part is about 3 hours hours long. There aren’t many people in my friends circle who are willing to sit through 6 hours of Potter in one day!
I decided to plan a solo trip to San Francisco for the weekend so that I could see the play and catch up with few friends. I’ve been to San Francisco in the past so I knew it would be safe and easy for me to get around the city. I found Hotel Emblem by searching TripAdvisor. I wanted something close enough to the theater that I could walk back and forth between shows. I also wanted to make sure their were good bars, restaurants, and lounges in the area. Hotel Emblem was less then a 10 minute walk down the hill to the Curran Theater and less than a 5 minute walk to several interesting nightlife spots (more posts about those in the future).
Here is my bullet point review of the hotel:
